The Vollrath 38004 ServeWell Electric Hot Food Table includes Thermoset fiber-reinforced resin wells that are resistant to rust and energy efficient with its self-insulating feature. In addition, the Thermostatic heat controls are effective and automatically adjust the water temperature as per the food volumes. Adding to its efficiency, the capillary tube thermostats help in controlling the power supply, making it available only when needed to provide effective power control. The indicator lights turn on when the water level is low, avoiding constant monitoring.
Featuring dome heating elements, it consumes up to 25% less energy for effective functioning. The wells are finished with wide no-drip lips, avoiding splash and mess-free operations. In addition, it also includes an operator side plate shelf and cutting board for convenience.
For safety purposes, it includes mechanical guards on all controls. The electric food table is designed for fractional pans up to 4″ – 6″ deep. Perfect for banquet halls or restaurants, the electric serving food table is ideal to serve hot food for your customers or guests. It also includes an under shelf that serves a storage space to keep small supplies.
