Five Well Hot Modular Drop-ins offer reliability typically found in higher wattage units and a lower price. 300 series stainless steel construction, along with high density fiber glass insulation, makes this a model which will hold up to even the most harsh commercial kitchen demands. The 6-3/8″ food wells have a detachable control unit for remote mounting and a drip-free flange to contain moisture and spills. Additionally, the gasket beneath the drip flange reduces installation time and the cord and plug configuration eliminates the need for an electrician. The wells also operate 625W, regardless of whether they’re being used moist or dry. Individual drain shut-offs on the manifold drains are standard, so if maintenance is necessary on a well or drain, only the affected drain has to be closed off. There’s autofill as well.
