The evaporator fan, powered by a sealed, self-lubricating motor, is equipped with large blades that facilitate high-volume air movement, contributing to the robustness of the refrigeration system. Easy access for servicing is ensured by a removable condenser at the back of the unit. Operating on R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a capillary tube system, the table allows precise temperature control within the range of 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit.
The fan motor of the unit includes a reversing feature activated with each compressor start. This feature blows in the opposite direction for 20 seconds to eliminate excess dust from the coil, complementing routine maintenance to enhance the unit’s operational lifespan through a self-cleaning system.
