The True STG2RRT-2S-2S Spec Series® roll-thru refrigerator is an environmentally friendly cooling solution. Its self-contained capillary tube system uses R134A refrigerant for sustainability. It ensures rapid temperature recovery with a sealed, self-lubricating evaporator fan motor and large fan blades that promote efficient, high-volume airflow.
Positioning the evaporator away from food and incorporating an extra-large evaporator coil, condenser, and compressor, this refrigerator consistently maintains temperatures between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit.
Polyurethane foam insulation in the cabinet and doors provides structural support and temperature retention. The roll-thru design features four stainless steel ramps, allowing easy passage of racks and carts, connecting the front and back of the house.
Secured with 12 cam-lift hinges, four stainless steel doors feature magnetic gaskets for an airtight seal. Bolt-style locks on metal door handles protect contents, while incandescent lighting brightens the interior.
