Description
The True G4SM-23PT-HC~TSL01 is a self-service bakery case designed for front-of-house or self-serve applications. It features a pass-thru design with two doors. The doors and sides have double-paned, thermally insulated glass to withstand constant use and maintain cold temperatures. Magnetic gaskets around the door frames prevent cold air leaks, and each door is equipped with a 12-inch-long extruded handle for easy access. The interior of the cabinet is illuminated with LED lights to enhance product presentation, and it includes illuminated merchandising sign panels.
This bakery case maintains a temperature range of 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a capillary tube system. Even air circulation is ensured by the condenser and evaporator fan motors. The epoxy-coated evaporator provides protection, and the unit’s structure is supported by a black powder-coated steel frame rail with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation. The exterior is white, while the interior features a black aluminum liner designed to withstand heavy use. Product placement is facilitated by four adjustable shelves.
