The Southbend 4721AA-3TR is an Ultimate Restaurant Gas Range designed for commercial kitchens. This 72″ unit features (6) non-clog burners and a 36″ griddle on the right side. It comes equipped with thermostatic controls, a standing pilot, and (2) convection ovens with battery spark ignition. The ovens include (3) racks each and the unit is complemented with a 22-1/2″ flue riser with a shelf. Constructed with stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, the range is designed to withstand heavy use, with 6″ adjustable legs and a total output of 326,000 BTU.
