The Southbend P36-RAD Platinum Series Radiant Salamander Broiler allows to quickly and easily melt cheese, achieve even browning of mashed potatoes, crisping breadcrumbs, and much more. Featuring a compact design, this heavy-duty piece of equipment comes equipped with (4) radiant burners with dual valve control for left and right operation. Featuring a 420 sq. in. of cooking surface, the unit has (2) Easy-Track roll-out broiler racks that are adjustable in five different positions. This broiler includes a removable stainless steel grease drip for easy cleaning. It has a cool-to-touch handle for user safety. The air-insulated shield and flue riser positioned at the bottom protects the broiler from overheating. This salamander broiler is made of durable, dent-resistant stainless steel to resist corrosion and ensure years of service life.
