The Hobart Centerline EDGE12-11 Manual 12″ Slicer is a medium-duty, manual slicer that slices meats and cheeses up to 9/16″ thick. This commercial slicer has full 45°F angle feed that requires less mechanical pressure to operate, meaning less labor and effort required during high-volume use. The slicer is belt driven with a 12″ chrome-plated carbon steel blade that’s durable enough for commercial slicing. The Hobart Centerline EDGE12-11 Manual 12″ Slicer features a fully removable carriage system that allows for improved sanitation and cleaning. A rear-mounted removable meat grip makes the machine easier to use, while an extension ensures that even oversized products stay firmly in place for added safety. A large product tray and slide rod allow you and your staff to feed larger items, and a wide carriage delivers a smoother glide. The slicer’s removable sharpening stone lets you sharpen and hone the blade in just 15 seconds, and you can clean it just as quickly. Plus a sanitary, anodized aluminum base helps protect against bacteria growth.
