The two-section wide half-door combo Reach-In Refrigerator brings 55 cubic feet of storage to the game. It’s completely made from stainless steel, except for the top doors, which are double pane glass with a clear layer of thermal insulation between the panes. The modern doors all have rounded corners. Recessed handles are set into the stainless steel bottom doors, and die cast handles are attached to the top doors. Snap-on magnetic gasket are easily removed for cleaning, and keep your refrigerator air-tight. Door heaters prevent condensation build-up. Three epoxy coated wire shelves are provided for each section, making a total of 6 shelves. Vertical LED lighting creates an attractive display and enables you to quickly find what you’re searching for in the large unit. A power switch is provided for the lights, so that you may choose to conserve energy. On the top of this self-contained unit, you’ll find the condenser. R-134A refrigerant and 2.5 inch of polyurethane insulation both work to maintain the proper temperature range of 33-41F. A digital display allows you to keep track of it, and a microchip monitors it. The defrost feature is timed and can be adjusted to operate between every 3 and 12 hours. The unit is pre-wired, so it arrives at your restaurant ready to be plugged into an outlet.
