Serve hot food to guests using this Duke 304 Gas Hot Food Table from Aerohot Series. This table is economical and easy-to-use. It helps you heat and serve food at the right temperature so that your customers are never disappointed. It comes with four (4) fixed wells to accommodate a variety of food items. Each well has a 12″x20″ die-stamped opening to lift them off easily during cleaning. The wells are controlled by independent infinity switches to adjust the temperature up to 180°F. Made from 20-gauge stainless steel, the food table is easy to maintain and provides excellent performance for years to come. It has a stainless steel undershelf which provides you with additional space to keep non-combustible products like dishes, pans, cookware, and trays. The thick poly cutting board gives you a strong preparation surface.
Duke’s Aerohot Food Table also comes with an adjustable pilot light to cook food thoroughly. Gas pressure regulator ensures both food and user’s safety. The wells are insulated with fiberglass from every side for heat retention. Each compartment has a galvanized steel radiation plate to prevent food from getting cold or burning in some spots as it distributes heat uniformly throughout the walls. Each well uses 2500 BTU per hour for maximum efficiency. The model is gas-operated, thus saving on the operating and electricity cost. The legs of the food table come with adjustable bullet feet for leveling on uneven kitchen surfaces. These standard gas burners do not come with drains or spillage pans.
