The Cleveland KEL-60T is an electric, 60-gallon capacity tilting kettle. The kettle has a 2/3 steam jacket design on an open tri-leg base. Type 304 stainless steel exterior finish for long lasting durability and comes standard with flanged feet. Permanently filled steam jacket, combination pressure/vacuum jacket gauge. Splash proof solid state comperature and safety control system for safe, precise control. Cover and draw-off optional. 50 psi rating.
