The Cleveland 21CGA5 is a Gas Countertop Convection Steamer that has free start-up. Standby mode holds at a steaming temperature and instantly allows the unit to begin cooking. Automatic generator drain with water jet drain cleaning. Simple onoff start switch and 60 minute timer, or switch to manual operation. Holds (5) 12″Wx20″Dx2-1/2″H pans. Stainless steel construction for long lasting construction. Cool to the touch door standard with left hinging. 70,000 BTU. Available in LP or Natural gas. Also requires 120V hookup, comes standard with a cord and plug. 21″Wx33-1/4″Dx32″H (including 4″ adjustable legs). 275 lbs.
