Description
Salad bars and buffets rely on Coldwall Drop-in Refrigerated Cold Display Units for providing cool, crisp refreshing meals. This corrosion-resistant self-contained stainless steel food well is insulated with CFC-free polyurethane foam and uses R-404A refrigerant. It has a recessed stainless steel ledge, as well as a stainless steel top and coved corner interiors, and is built to accommodate four full size hotel pans or a combination of other pan sizes, and has five divider bars for spacing. There’s a drain one one end of the interior. A thermostatic control gives you a range of temperatures below 41F. The condensing unit is mounted on a swivel platform, so that it can be attached conveniently to any of the four sides.
