The Beverage Air SPE48HC-18-S Refrigerated Salad Top Food Bar is an ideal food serving solution for schools, hospitals, institutions, etc. Energy Star® certified, this unit uses environmentally friendly, energy efficient R290 refrigerant and features adaptive defrost, an epoxy coated evaporator coil, and enhanced airflow to maintain temperatures between 36°F and 38°F.
