The Southbend P32D-XH-RE Platinum Heavy Duty Range is a 32″ gas-powered range designed for versatility and performance. With a total of 175,000 BTU, it features (2) 45,000 BTU open burners at the front, a 16″ hot top at the rear, and a standard oven with a 45,000 BTU burner at the base. Made with stainless steel front, sides, and 6″ adjustable legs, this range is built to endure the daily demands of commercial kitchens.
The open burners each deliver 45,000 BTU and are equipped with removable welded steel top grates for easy cleaning. The clog-free design ensures smooth gas flow, while the hot top is powered by two 20,000 BTU burners, capable of reaching up to 700°F. The 9.25″ deep front rail provides additional workspace and safety by creating a barrier between the cook and the unit.
