The True Spec Series two-section solid door reach-in heated holding cabinet is designed to maintain stable holding temperatures between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit, making it ideal for preserving baked or cooked food. Low-velocity fans ensure even temperature distribution, while a stainless steel heating element and two solid stainless steel doors provide excellent heat retention and recovery. Temperature adjustments are quick and easy with the exterior on/off switch and temperature control dial. The self-closing doors feature a convenient 120-degree stay-open feature for ease of use.
This model comes equipped with four 5″ casters, including two with brakes, to facilitate maneuverability during cleaning. The stainless steel interior and exterior construction ensures long-lasting durability. Bright incandescent lighting inside the cabinet aids in easy product identification. The entire cabinet is insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane, which has zero ozone depletion potential (ODP) and zero global warming potential (GWP). This heating cabinet includes six adjustable chrome shelves and requires a 208-240V electrical connection for operation. Please note that it is not designed to heat ambient or cold products.
